RETURN POLICY

We hope that you love all our products, however, if for any reason you would like to return any items please read our policy below:

WE DEDUCT £3 IF THE ENTIRE ORDER IS RETURNED AND THE SHIPPING FEE IF YOU RECEIVED FREE SHIPPING (£3 UK, £13 INTERNATIONAL) Please look up currency equivalents

We do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings due to hygiene. 

1. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery (domestic and international).

2. We advised sending back your items tracked as we cannot be held responsible if packages go missing.

3. We do not cover any costs to return items.

4. We do not refund any amount paid for shipping. This includes any amount paid for delivery or to return the item. We only refund the cost of the item.

5. All items must be completely undamaged, unworn and in the original box and pouch it came in.

6. Once we receive your return our team will carry out a quality assessment and if it has been returned damaged or worn in any way unfortunately we will not be able to refund you.

7. Please email us at aaliajewellery@gmail.com for the return address. We will get back to you within 12 hours.

8. Write your order number or full name on a note inside the return and send it to the address emailed to you.

9. For International Returns: When labelling the customs form please label the package as “RETURNED GOODS- ZERO CUSTOM VALUE.” Any custom duties charged to AALIA JEWELLERY will be subtracted from your refund amount, if this is not done.

Please note: If returning whole large orders we will subtract £5 from your refund due to packaging / shipping costs.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you need to cancel an order you must email us within 4 hours of when you place your order. Many pieces are custom made to order and once production begins on them they cannot be cancelled. We also try to ship very quickly. :)

SALES & PROMOTIONS

Sales prices are applicable from the point of announcement and advertisement. Items purchased at full RRP are not applicable to be discounted after payment has been taken. Promotional codes- only one promotional code can be used at a time. Gift cards cannot be used alongside any other promotional codes.
